We collect information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, company details, and a description of what you're looking for, when you submit a form on this site, call our phone line, or text us.

If you call or text our number, an AI assistant may handle the conversation and record a transcript so we can follow up. We don't collect information from you passively beyond standard website analytics, described below.

We use the information you provide to respond to your request, follow up by phone, text, or email, and — if you become a customer — to configure and operate havehvac for your business. We don't use your information for anything you wouldn't reasonably expect from asking us a question or requesting a demo.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate:

• Twilio, to place and receive phone calls and text messages
• Anthropic, whose AI models help draft responses to calls and texts
• Supabase, to store submitted requests and conversation records
• Vercel, to host this website and run privacy-focused, cookieless site analytics
• Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use this site

This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure site traffic, and Vercel Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. Neither is used to build advertising profiles.

If you call or text our number, you may receive follow-up text messages related to your request. See our SMS Terms for details on consent, message frequency, and how to opt out.

We keep information for as long as we need it to respond to your request or, if you're a customer, for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period after for our business records.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing mike@havehvac.com. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP.

This site and our phone/text line are intended for business use and are not directed at children under 13.
