The program
havehvac sends text messages from +1 (844) 875-1090to people who have called or texted that number. This is the same number our phone/text demo uses to show how havehvac's AI assistant handles calls and texts for an HVAC business. No promotional or marketing messages are sent on this number — every message is a direct continuation of a call or text you started.
How you opt in
There are two ways a conversation starts, and both count as opting in to receive texts back from us:
1. You call +1 (844) 875-1090
Every call is greeted with this disclosure, spoken before anything else:
“Thanks for calling Have HVAC. If we get disconnected, we may follow up by text — message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out anytime. What can we help you with today?”
If the call ends before we have what we need, we send one follow-up text to continue the conversation.
2. You text +1 (844) 875-1090 directly
Texting us first is itself the opt-in — we reply to continue that conversation.
Example messages
A conversation that starts from a missed call opens with:
“Hi, this is Have HVAC — sorry we couldn't finish that call! What's going on with your system? Reply here and we'll get you taken care of.”
From there, our AI assistant asks a few short follow-up questions — your name, what kind of service you're asking about, and a brief description — for example:
“Hi Mike, this is Have HVAC following up. What kind of service do you need - repair, installation, maintenance, or inspection?”
Frequency, cost, and help
Message frequency varies by conversation — typically 2 to 5 messages until we have what we need. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or email mike@havehvac.com. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from this number. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages after that, unless you text us again.
